Fashion - Old is always going to be New

It’s a cycle. I have seen the cycle and so have you. It’s absolutely amazing seeing those wheels turn and bring us back to what we thought had gone out of fashion a decade ago. Well the question then is should you keep it and stock it all?!! Well nope, I have no intension to recommend you become a hoarder in the name of fashion! But if you get your hands on an evergreen piece you got to hold on to it and use it as a masterpiece stroke whenever and however possible. Be as incorrigible as you may seem to others and to that cycle going on cause that’s when you will make your fashion statement with the right amount of passion. 

And to peeps who are wondering what’s old in this photo. Well it’s not me!! God am I relieved to get that cleared out finally. Ahem Ahem...it’s the traditional Banarasi silk from Banaras which is also popularly known as Varanasi. The work on silk is of embroidery done with gold and also silver threads which is also called brocade work. In short these stoles are a piece of work. Wore it for one of the nyfw days and boy did this long silk stole make a statement! Just got to have one of these on you to let the luxury of the material make a statement for you.
